Sophia Pedatella is a scholar of anglophone modernism, with additional interests in religion, biographical criticism, and gender studies. She received her B.A. in English and Religious Studies from Barnard College, and her M.A. and M.Phil. in English from Columbia University, where she is completing a dissertation on religious conversion in twentieth-century British literature.
